Loop Voice
    Cold plunges, saunas and recovery

AI voice agents that talk cold plunge and sauna buyers through space, power and delivery

Warrior Will Power's buyers research water chillers and hyperbaric chambers for days or weeks, and when they leave checkout it's almost never because they changed their mind. They still have a question about the price, whether the unit suits their space or goal, or how fast it ships. Loop Voice calls those shoppers, answers from your spec sheets and delivery terms, and texts the checkout link when they're ready.

Warrior Will Power: $200,000+ in attributed revenue from 1,184 calls, with 7.1% of calls leading to a sale

    The short answer

When a shopper leaves a cold plunge, sauna or hyperbaric chamber at checkout, an AI voice agent calls and answers what held the order up: the space, the power supply, the delivery date or what the price buys. Warrior Will Power, whose high-ticket products include water chillers and hyperbaric chambers, turned 1,184 Loop Voice calls into $200,000+ in attributed revenue, and 7.1% of those calls led to a sale. Health questions stay off the script: the agent answers from your spec sheets and labeling and refers anything medical to a doctor.

Why recovery equipment buyers stop at checkout

The space comes before the sale

Buyers measure garages, basements and patios, then worry about the doorway and the drain. Warrior Will Power's shoppers weren't sure which unit suited their space or their goal, so the agent asked questions until it could recommend one.

Power is a question they can't answer alone

A chiller or a sauna heater has an electrical requirement, and a shopper can't tell what else shares the garage outlet. Until someone answers that, the order waits.

A cheaper tub makes yours look expensive

Many of Warrior Will Power's shoppers compared it with competitors on price without fully understanding the quality difference, a finding that rewrote its product descriptions and ad angles. On a call, the agent lays out what the price includes.

Chamber shoppers arrive with protocol questions

Warrior Will Power's hyperbaric chamber shoppers often had very specific protocol questions its product page wasn't answering, so it now answers them there. The agent repeats your published protocol guide and doesn't prescribe one.

Calls worth running for recovery equipment

Call the plunge carts, text the filter carts

Out of the box, the flow calls 10 minutes after a checkout stalls, texts the checkout link and calls once more later. Branch it on cart value, with a suggested minimum from your results, so the calls go to carts holding a plunge, sauna or chamber and a filter refill gets the text alone.

Call back quote requests while they're fresh

If your chambers or saunas sell through a quote form or a specialist booking, a HubSpot CRM event, a Calendly booking or a Zapier form event can start a flow. The agent calls soon after the request and asks your qualifying questions.

Ask how setup went in week one

A chiller that won't hold temperature, a lid that doesn't seal, an error code nobody explained. Trigger the flow on order fulfilled and give the wait step enough time for delivery and a few days of use before the agent asks how setup went. Anything your manual can't fix becomes a ticket carrying the call summary and recording.

    AI agent

Hi Joel, it's Alex, an AI assistant calling from [Store]. If you'd rather not get these calls, just say stop. Your cold plunge order stopped at checkout earlier. Did something hold you up?

    Shopper

I'm not sure it fits in my garage, and I don't know if my outlet can run the chiller.

    AI agent

Let's take the space first. The spec sheet lists the crated size. What's the narrowest point on the way in?

    Shopper

    The side door. It's tight.

    AI agent

Then measure that door against the crated size before you order. The sheet also says which outlet the chiller needs, but I can't see your wiring, so have an electrician confirm it.

    Shopper

Fair. Can you send me the link?

    AI agent

Texting your checkout link now, so you can finish once you've measured. This model ships in [lead time].

    More real calls

What plunge, sauna and chamber buyers ask, and what the agent does

    What shoppers say

“How soon can you ship it?”

    How the agent answers

It reads the lead time and delivery method your knowledge base lists for that model. Warrior Will Power's buyers had timelines in mind, and its agent gave them clear delivery expectations. For a backordered model, it gives the date your data shows, not a hopeful one.

    What shoppers say

“Do I need an electrician for this?”

    How the agent answers

It reads the electrical requirement your spec sheet lists for the chiller or heater. When that's a dedicated circuit or a 240-volt line, it recommends having an electrician check the panel before delivery day.

    What shoppers say

“I found a plunge for half the price.”

    How the agent answers

It lists what your price includes, from your product data: chiller, insulation, filtration, warranty, delivery. With the no competitor bashing guardrail on, it sticks to your specs and leaves the other brand out of it.

    What shoppers say

“Will the chamber help me heal after surgery?”

    How the agent answers

It answers only with the intended use on your labeling. A medical question triggers the built-in stop or escalate rule, so the agent ends the call or hands it to your team, and points the shopper to their doctor.

    What shoppers say

“Can I talk to someone on your team?”

    How the agent answers

If you've turned on transfer, the agent puts the caller through to your team during support hours and briefs your teammate before connecting. If nobody picks up within the ring time you set, 10 to 60 seconds, it opens a ticket instead.

Set it up for cold plunges, saunas and chambers

    1. Install Loop Voice on Shopify through the Shopify App Store, connect WooCommerce with the Loop Voice plugin, or route Checkout Champ events with a postback URL. Nothing is added to your storefront theme.

    2. Upload spec sheets, install guides and delivery terms to the knowledge base as PDFs: footprint, crated size, the outlet each unit needs, lead times, warranty. For chambers, add the labeling and the intended-use statement.

    3. Warrior Will Power's buyers wanted to understand the value before committing, so let the second call in the abandoned checkout flow lead with what the price includes, and add a code only if you've picked one.

    4. For quote requests, start a lead flow from HubSpot, Calendly or Zapier for people whose form shows they agreed to calls; the calling rules guide explains the consent to collect. Flows dial only within the calling hours you set, applied in each shopper's time zone.

    5. If you sell chambers, choose the strict guardrail template and keep the medical-question rule on. Then decide where escalations land: Loop Voice tickets alone, or also a Gorgias or Zendesk ticket or an email to your support inbox.

    6. In the simulator, run the skeptical shopper persona and one you write: a renter with a narrow side door and a shared garage outlet. After launch, the answer gaps list shows which callers' questions found nothing in the knowledge base.

Rules to brief the agent on

    • Hyperbaric chambers are Class II devices under 21 CFR 868.5470. The "mild" chamber we checked in FDA's 510(k) records (K101262) is cleared only for mild symptoms of acute mountain sickness, under a physician's direction, and its label restricts sale to "by or on the order of a physician." That's a clearance, not an approval: don't let "FDA approved" into the script, and have the agent explain a prescription requirement rather than sell around it.
    • Saying a plunge or sauna speeds recovery, eases soreness or improves sleep is a health claim, and the FTC's guidance for health products asks for competent and reliable scientific evidence behind it. Brief the agent only on benefits your team can back, in the exact words you'd defend.
    • Every ship date the agent quotes counts under the FTC's Mail Order Rule: the date needs a reasonable basis, and if you can't meet it, the buyer must get a delay notice and the choice to cancel. Update lead times in the knowledge base the day they change.

    Questions

Should the agent call a shopper who only left replacement filters in the cart?

Usually not. On Loop Voice's pricing, an answered conversation uses about 1.5 credits, which a filter order rarely justifies. Send accessory-only carts down the text path of your cart value branch and keep the calls for plunges, saunas and chambers.

Can the agent sell a hyperbaric chamber that requires a prescription?

It can explain the requirement from the chamber's labeling, but verifying a prescription is your process, not the agent's. Have it open a ticket so your team can follow up with those buyers.

How should we read Warrior Will Power's numbers?

As attributed results: the $200,000+ comes from orders that followed its 1,184 calls, which isn't proof the calls caused them. Run your own holdout test before you scale up.

Is a call right after checkout too soon for someone who researched for weeks?

Not if the call answers their question. By the time Warrior Will Power's buyers reach checkout, their questions are concrete: is the unit right for them, will it fit their space, will it ship in time. If the first call doesn't settle it, Loop Voice can follow up on past abandoned carts, up to 30 days back, and a frequency cap set per agent limits how often one shopper hears from you.

Can the agent answer questions about cold plunge temperatures and session times?

Only from what you publish. If your usage guide lists water temperatures and session lengths, the agent can repeat them; it shouldn't invent a routine or tell someone with a heart condition what's safe.
