Loop Voice

    Loop Voice integrations

Loop Voice connects to your store, your email platform, your helpdesk, HubSpot, Calendly, Zapier and Triple Whale. Store connections feed flows, campaigns and revenue attribution; Klaviyo and Omnisend supply campaign audiences; Zendesk, Redo and Gorgias receive escalated calls as tickets; Gorgias, HubSpot, Calendly and Zapier events can start flows; and Triple Whale shows each flow's results next to your other channels. Most connect from Settings, Integrations and authorize on the other product's own site, with no API key.

    Store

    Shopify

Reads products, customers, orders and abandoned checkouts, and attributes recovered revenue by Shopify order number. Authorization happens on Shopify, with no API key.

    See the Shopify integration

    WooCommerce

Connects through Loop Voice's WordPress plugin, reads products, customers, orders and abandoned checkouts, and attributes recovered revenue.

    Checkout Champ

Works as the checkout on your storefront, or as the store itself: paste the postback URL and token Loop Voice creates into Checkout Champ under Admin, Exports (Loop Voice shows the token once), and add campaign IDs if only some Checkout Champ campaigns should trigger Loop Voice.

    Marketing

    Klaviyo

Reads your segments and uses them as campaign audiences. Authorization happens on Klaviyo, with no API key.

    See the Klaviyo integration

    Omnisend

Reads your segments and uses them as campaign audiences. Authorization happens on Omnisend, with no API key, and you can revoke it.

    Support

    Zendesk

Creates a Zendesk ticket when a call needs a person, through an OAuth client you register in Zendesk.

    See the Zendesk integration

    Redo

Emails each escalation to the Redo-connected support inbox you set, where it shows up as a Redo ticket.

    See the Redo integration

    Gorgias

Creates Gorgias support tickets from escalated calls: escalations emailed to your store's Gorgias support address arrive as tickets, the same way as Redo. It works the other way too: a Gorgias event, such as a new support ticket, can start a Loop Voice flow.

    CRM

    HubSpot

Contact, company, deal and ticket events can start flows. Authorization happens on HubSpot, with no API key.

    Scheduling

    Calendly

Bookings, cancellations, no-shows and routing form submissions can start flows. Connects with OAuth; Calendly webhooks need a Standard plan or higher.

    Automation

    Zapier

Events from apps connected through Zapier can start flows, and flows can have "Run a Zapier action" steps.

    Where escalated calls go

Escalated calls always create a support ticket in your Loop Voice dashboard, with the AI summary, the order and the recording. During the support hours you set, the agent can also transfer the caller to your team's phone number, briefing your teammate first; if nobody answers within the ring time (10 to 60 seconds), or it is outside support hours, a ticket is opened. Under Escalation Path in each agent's settings, you can also send the escalation to Zendesk, to Redo (an email to your Redo inbox) or by SMS; Loop Voice support tickets alone are the default. Gorgias receives escalations the same way as Redo, by email to your store's Gorgias support address. The customer support use case shows what the agent handles before it hands off.

    Phone numbers

Numbers are set up apart from these integrations: buy numbers in 90+ countries through Loop Voice, import numbers you own from Twilio, or connect a SIP trunk from Twilio, Vonage or Telnyx. Call recording can be switched on or off per number (features).

    FAQ

    Common questions

Where do I connect an integration in Loop Voice?

In the Loop Voice app, open Settings, Integrations and choose the tool. To send escalations to Zendesk or Redo, also pick it under Escalation Path in the agent's settings. Gorgias receives escalations by email to your store's Gorgias support address.

Do I need API keys to connect these tools?

Mostly not. Shopify, Klaviyo, Omnisend, HubSpot and Calendly authorize on their own sites, and the Triple Whale sign-in needs no key. Zendesk uses an OAuth client you register, WooCommerce a WordPress plugin, Checkout Champ a postback URL and token, and Redo an email address.

Does Loop Voice work with Gorgias?

Yes, both ways. Loop Voice creates Gorgias support tickets: escalations emailed to your store's Gorgias support address arrive as Gorgias tickets, the same way as Redo. And a Gorgias event, such as a new support ticket, can start a Loop Voice flow.

Can Loop Voice transfer a caller to my team?

Yes. During the support hours you set, the agent can transfer the caller to your team's phone number, briefing your teammate first. If nobody answers within the ring time (10 to 60 seconds), or it is outside support hours, a ticket is opened instead.
