Loop Voice for Redo: escalated calls land in your Redo inbox

Loop Voice sends escalated calls to Redo by email: it writes to the Redo-connected support inbox you configure, and the escalation shows up as a ticket in Redo with the AI summary, the order and the recording. There is no API key; you paste an inbox address, send a test email and check that the ticket appears.

    What it does

    Emails
The Redo-connected support inbox you configure, each time a call is escalated.
    Includes
The AI summary, the order and the recording.
    Labels
The subject with your own template, using {{agentName}}, {{customerName}} and {{ticketId}}.
    Keeps
A support ticket in your Loop Voice dashboard for every escalated call; Redo receives the escalation as an additional channel.

    How to connect

    1. 1

In Redo, open Support settings, then Channels, Email, and click Connect to add your support email; a forwarded custom address also needs Verify under Channels, Email, Manage (Redo email guide).

    2. 2

In Loop Voice, open Settings, Integrations, Redo and paste that inbox address as the Support email.

    3. 3

      Optionally, set a From name, a Reply-To address and a Subject template using {{agentName}}, {{customerName}} and {{ticketId}}.

    4. 4

      Click Save.

    5. 5

Click Send test email, then confirm a ticket appears in Redo.

Lives in Settings, Integrations, Redo; then choose Redo (email your Redo inbox) under Escalation Path in the agent's settings.

What you can do with it

Route Loop Voice escalations inside Redo

Start every escalation subject with the same words, so Redo can sort these tickets. Example: a Subject template of "Phone escalation: {{customerName}} ({{ticketId}}), {{agentName}}".

Then add a rule in Redo under Settings, Rules: the trigger Support ticket created, the condition Subject line contains "Phone escalation", and actions such as Add tag, Assign and Set priority (Redo rules guide). Redo rules can also check the sender address and the ticket channel. New Redo rules start as drafts, so publish the rule to turn it on.

What reaches Redo, and what stays in Loop Voice

Each escalation carries the AI summary, the order and the recording into Redo. The call also keeps a support ticket in your Loop Voice dashboard, and the call record holds the full transcript, a short summary and QA notes. Loop Voice keeps recordings for 7 days by default, extendable to 90.

Escalations happen when the agent cannot resolve something. Built-in rules can also stop or escalate a call on negative sentiment, a do-not-contact request, complex refunds, or legal or medical questions. During the support hours you set, the agent can also transfer the caller to your team's phone number, briefing your teammate first; if nobody answers within the ring time (10 to 60 seconds), or it is outside support hours, a ticket is opened. To check the whole path, use the test console: the agent calls your own number with a scenario you type, and test calls are excluded from analytics.

If your team works in Zendesk instead, the Zendesk integration creates the tickets through an OAuth client.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Do I need a Redo API key to connect Loop Voice?

No. Loop Voice emails the Redo-connected support inbox you configure, so the setup is an email address, an optional subject template and a test email.

What can I put in the Redo email subject?

Your own text plus three variables: {{agentName}}, {{customerName}} and {{ticketId}}. A fixed phrase at the start makes the emails easy to match with a Redo rule.

What if the test email does not create a ticket in Redo?

Check that the inbox is connected in Redo (a forwarded custom address also needs Verify under Channels, Email, Manage), that the Support email in Loop Voice matches it exactly, and send the test again.

Do escalations still appear in Loop Voice when Redo is connected?

Yes. Escalated calls always create a support ticket in your Loop Voice dashboard, and Redo receives the escalation as an additional channel.
