    The short answer

Synthflow is now a sales-led enterprise platform: its pricing page lists only Enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year, and outbound campaigns sit on that plan. It suits contact centers and agencies that resell voice agents. Loop Voice suits online stores that want checkout, upsell, win-back and support calls, self-serve from $119 a month.

Four ecommerce jobs, side by side

What each one does out of the box for the four jobs most stores buy voice agents for.

    Abandoned checkout calls

    Loop Voice

    Included

Calls from the abandoned-checkout event after the delay you set (10 minutes in the default flow), with the cart in hand. Texts the checkout link, offers only the discount codes you allow and stops when the order comes in.

    Synthflow

    Build it yourself

Campaigns and event-triggered Workflows can place the calls, but both are Enterprise only. You connect Shopify checkouts and pass the cart in.

    Post-purchase upsell calls

    Loop Voice

    Included

Calls in the window you set after an order, with one add-on that fits what was bought, such as a refill, a bundle or a warranty.

    Synthflow

    Build it yourself

Possible with Enterprise Workflows and your own offer logic.

    Win-back calls

    Loop Voice

    Included

Calls customers who haven't ordered in 60, 90 or 180 days (you pick the window), opens with their last order and adapts the comeback offer to what they say.

    Synthflow

    Build it yourself

Enterprise Campaigns take lists of up to a million recipients with calling windows. Matching calls to new orders is up to you.

    Inbound support calls

    Loop Voice

    Included

Answers 24/7 on the first ring: order status, returns, exchanges, sizing and shipping. What it can't resolve becomes a ticket with the transcript and order attached.

    Synthflow

    Partial

Inbound agents and business hours are included. Order lookups need a store connection its docs don't describe.

How each one gets better after launch

    Loop Voice

Loop Voice runs the improvement loop for you, scored on store revenue. Agents start from templates for sales, support and abandoned cart, with a prompt score calibrated on real calls and the orders they produced. Before launch, the Simulator plays your agent against six AI shoppers, from a ready buyer to one who suspects it's a robot, and scores each call without dialing anyone. After launch, you can split traffic between two agents and Loop Voice promotes the one with more revenue per call. LoopIQ learns from every call and each week names the one change worth making, such as holding the discount until minute two or calling sooner after checkout, and nothing changes until you approve it.

    Synthflow

Synthflow's Test Center runs simulated customers against your agent with pass or fail criteria, custom evaluations score real calls, and Aurora, on Enterprise, builds agents, analyzes calls and runs simulations. Its homepage says agents improve continuously through Auto-QA, but we couldn't find documentation for it. Scoring calls on store revenue would take your own order matching.

When Synthflow is the better pick

    • You run a contact center or outsourced call center and need Five9, Genesys or 8x8 integrations.
    • You're an agency that wants sub-accounts and white-label branding for clients.
    • You need EU hosting or a long certification list, including HIPAA and PCI DSS.

When Loop Voice is the better pick

    • You want to start at $119 a month, not a $30,000 annual contract.
    • You want abandoned checkout, upsell and win-back calls ready to run on every plan.
    • You want each call tied to a Shopify order and an improvement loop scored on revenue per call.

    How pricing compares

Synthflow's pricing page lists one plan: Enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year, with rates set by contract. Its billing docs say calls are billed per second, and unanswered calls and calls that reach voicemail are billed a flat 5 seconds. Its older Pro, Growth and Agency plans are no longer sold. Loop Voice publishes its plans: $119 to $3,790 a month for 120 to 6,000 credits.

    Frequently asked questions

Does Synthflow still have self-serve plans?
Its pricing page lists only Enterprise contracts from $30,000 a year, and its docs say the Pro, Growth and Agency plans are no longer sold. A few older pages on its site still mention pay-as-you-go pricing.
    Does Synthflow integrate with Shopify?
Shopify appears on its integrations page without detail, and its docs have no Shopify page. Check with Synthflow before you plan on it.
Is Loop Voice a Synthflow alternative for online stores?
For store calls, yes. Loop Voice is self-serve from $119 a month and comes with abandoned checkout, upsell, win-back and support calls ready to run.
    Which is better for agencies?
Synthflow, if you want sub-accounts and white-label tools for many kinds of clients. Loop Voice runs a partner program for agencies that serve online stores.
How do they compare on testing?
Both simulate customers before launch. Synthflow scores pass or fail against your criteria. Loop Voice's Simulator uses shopper personas, and its A/B tests and weekly LoopIQ change are judged on revenue per call.
