Connect Loop Voice to Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini
Ask your AI assistant how your calls, texts, campaigns and agents are doing, in plain words. Loop Voice runs a remote MCP server, so Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor, VS Code and other assistants that support MCP can read your workspace after you sign in with your normal Loop Voice login.

What you can ask
Your assistant picks the right Loop Voice tool and answers with your own numbers. A few to start with:
Set up in your assistant
Pick your assistant. Every option ends the same way: you sign in on Loop Voice, pick your workspace and click Allow. In Claude and ChatGPT the connector shows up as LoopVoice.
Claude (web and desktop)
Opens Claude with Loop Voice already filled in. You confirm, then sign in with your Loop Voice account.
- Click Add to Claude. Claude opens the Add custom connector window with LoopVoice filled in.
- Click Add, then Connect.
- Sign in with your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.
- In a chat, turn on LoopVoice from the + menu under Connectors, and ask away.
Works on Claude web and desktop, on every plan. The Free plan allows one custom connector.
Using Claude Team or Enterprise?
An organization Owner adds Loop Voice once for everyone, then each person clicks Connect and signs in with their own Loop Voice login.
Adding it by hand? In Claude, open Customize > Connectors > Add custom connector, name it LoopVoice and paste the server URL.
ChatGPT
Add Loop Voice as a custom MCP server in ChatGPT, then sign in with your Loop Voice account.
- Open ChatGPT, select + and choose Add custom MCP server.
- Name it LoopVoice and paste the server URL:
https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp - Choose OAuth, confirm the warning, then click Create as a plugin.
- Sign in with your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.
Availability depends on your ChatGPT plan. On Business and Enterprise, an admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
Gemini CLI and Gemini Enterprise
Add Loop Voice to Gemini CLI with one command. It opens your browser to sign in with your Loop Voice account.
gemini mcp add --transport http loopvoice https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp- Run the command above in a terminal.
- Start Gemini CLI and run
/mcp auth loopvoice. Your browser opens the Loop Voice sign-in. - Pick your workspace and click Allow.
Using Gemini Enterprise?
A Business edition admin adds Loop Voice under Settings & help > Manage team > Connected apps > Add MCP Server, with the server URL https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp and OAuth 2.0. Contact Loop Voice support for the client ID and secret it asks for.
Cursor
Opens Cursor with Loop Voice filled in. Approve it, then sign in in your browser.
- Click Add to Cursor and approve the new server in Cursor.
- Your browser opens the Loop Voice sign-in: pick your workspace and click Allow.
Prefer a config file? Add this to ~/.cursor/mcp.json:
{
"mcpServers": {
"loopvoice": { "url": "https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp" }
}
}VS Code
Add Loop Voice as a remote MCP server for GitHub Copilot in VS Code, then sign in when VS Code asks.
- Click Add to VS Code, or run the command below, and confirm the install.
- When VS Code asks you to sign in, use your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.
code --add-mcp '{"name":"loopvoice","type":"http","url":"https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp"}'Or add it to .vscode/mcp.json:
{
"servers": {
"loopvoice": { "type": "http", "url": "https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp" }
}
}Claude Code
Add Loop Voice with one command, then sign in once from inside Claude Code.
claude mcp add --transport http loopvoice https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp- Run the command above in a terminal.
- In Claude Code, run
/mcp, choose loopvoice and select Authenticate. - Sign in with your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.
Any other MCP client
Any assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth can connect.
- Find where your assistant adds a remote MCP server, often called MCP servers, Connectors or Integrations.
- Paste the server URL:
https://mcp.loopvoice.ai/mcp - Sign in with your Loop Voice account, pick your workspace and click Allow.
Loop Voice uses Streamable HTTP and registers your assistant automatically, so there is no key to copy.
Turn it on and control access
You manage AI assistants in Loop Voice under Settings > Connected AI apps. The same page has one-click setup for each assistant.
- Allow AI apps in this workspace: switch it off and every connected app is refused without being removed. Switch it back on to restore access.
- Share customer contact details: off by default, so phone numbers and emails come back masked. Only an admin can turn it on.
- Allow AI apps to prepare changes: not available yet. Actions come after the read-only beta and a compliance review.
- Connected apps: see who connected which assistant and when it was last used, and disconnect any of them at once.

Security and privacy
- You sign in on Loop Voice. Your assistant never sees your password, and there are no API keys to copy or leak.
- Sign-in uses OAuth 2.1 with PKCE. Tokens are stored hashed and refresh tokens rotate.
- Each person connects with their own Loop Voice login, to one workspace, and never sees more than their role allows.
- Customer phone numbers and emails are masked unless an admin allows them, and secrets such as API keys are stripped from every result.
- Every request is checked against your role and written to the audit log, and rate limits protect your workspace.
- You can disconnect any assistant at once from Settings > Connected AI apps.

}Questions
What is the Loop Voice MCP server?
It is a remote server that lets AI assistants read your Loop Voice workspace through the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Cursor and VS Code use to connect to other products. You connect it once, sign in with your Loop Voice account, and then ask questions in plain words.
Which AI assistants work with Loop Voice?
Claude on web and desktop, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini CLI, Gemini Enterprise, Cursor, VS Code, and any other assistant that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth sign-in.
Can my assistant change anything in Loop Voice?
No. All 13 tools are read-only, so your assistant can't place calls, send texts, launch campaigns or edit agents. Actions are not available yet.
Will my assistant see my customers' phone numbers and emails?
Not unless an admin allows it. By default they are masked in every result, and transcripts come back with personal details masked.
Do I need an API key?
No. You sign in with your Loop Voice account through OAuth, and your assistant registers itself automatically.
Who on my team can connect?
Anyone with a Loop Voice login. Each person connects with their own account and sees only what their role allows. An admin can switch AI apps off for the whole workspace at any time.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Open Settings > Connected AI apps in Loop Voice and disconnect it. That signs the app out at once. You can also remove the connector inside your assistant.
Does it work on Claude's Free plan?
Yes. Claude's Free plan allows one custom connector. ChatGPT availability depends on your plan, and on Business and Enterprise an admin may need to allow custom MCP servers first.
Not on Loop Voice yet?
Loop Voice runs AI voice agents for ecommerce brands: checkout recovery, upsells, winbacks and inbound support calls.
