Four ecommerce jobs, side by side
What each one does out of the box for the four jobs most stores buy voice agents for.
Loop Voice
IncludedCalls from the abandoned-checkout event after the delay you set (10 minutes in the default flow), with the cart in hand. Texts the checkout link, offers only the discount codes you allow and stops when the order comes in.
Outcraft
IncludedCalls within minutes of drop-off, handles the objection, sends the checkout link by text or WhatsApp, and stops on purchase or opt-out.
Loop Voice
IncludedCalls in the window you set after an order, with one add-on that fits what was bought, such as a refill, a bundle or a warranty.
Outcraft
IncludedChecks in after delivery, asks how the product is working, then offers a refill, a matching item or an upgrade.
Loop Voice
IncludedCalls customers who haven't ordered in 60, 90 or 180 days (you pick the window), opens with their last order and adapts the comeback offer to what they say.
Outcraft
IncludedRuns campaigns to segments such as overdue reorders, one-time buyers and high spenders, on contact hours you set.
Loop Voice
IncludedAnswers 24/7 on the first ring: order status, returns, exchanges, sizing and shipping. What it can't resolve becomes a ticket with the transcript and order attached.
Outcraft
IncludedAnswers 24/7, handles refunds, cancellations and questions, and escalates to your team.

How each one gets better after launch
Loop Voice
Loop Voice runs the improvement loop for you, scored on store revenue. Agents start from templates for sales, support and abandoned cart, with a prompt score calibrated on real calls and the orders they produced. Before launch, the Simulator plays your agent against six AI shoppers, from a ready buyer to one who suspects it's a robot, and scores each call without dialing anyone. After launch, you can split traffic between two agents and Loop Voice promotes the one with more revenue per call. LoopIQ learns from every call and each week names the one change worth making, such as holding the discount until minute two or calling sooner after checkout, and nothing changes until you approve it.
Outcraft
Outcraft tracks reach, pickup rates and revenue by campaign, and keeps a memory of each shopper across channels. Its pages don't describe A/B tests between agents, a simulator or suggested changes.
When Outcraft is the better pick
- You want calls, texts, iMessage, WhatsApp and email run as one campaign per shopper.
- You sell in many languages: Outcraft lists 40+.
- You're well past 100 abandoned checkouts a month and want one price per shopper that covers every channel.
When Loop Voice is the better pick
- You want to start at $119 a month and pay only when someone answers.
- You want agents tested in a simulator and A/B tested on revenue per call, with one change a week to approve.
- You want an agent that says it's an AI when asked and never claims to be human.
- You want to install from the Shopify App Store.
How pricing compares
Outcraft charges per shopper engaged, meaning anyone it contacts or who replies in a campaign: $300 a month for up to 100 shoppers, an indicative $2,000 for 751 to 1,000, about $1.36 each at 2,500 and under $1 from 4,000, with every channel included. Loop Voice charges per answered conversation, about $0.95 to $1.49 depending on plan, and calls nobody answers cost nothing.
Example: reaching 1,000 shoppers a month costs about $2,000 on Outcraft's indicative band. At the 15.9% pickup rate in our September benchmark, about 160 of them would answer a call; on Loop Voice those 160 conversations use about 240 credits, which fits the Growth plan at $399 a month. Outcraft's price also covers texts, WhatsApp and email to all 1,000.
Frequently asked questions
- Is Loop Voice an Outcraft alternative?
- Yes. Both call shoppers about abandoned checkouts, upsells and win-back and answer support calls. Outcraft adds iMessage, WhatsApp and email and prices per shopper. Loop Voice prices per answered conversation and adds a simulator, A/B tests and a weekly improvement loop.
- Which one recovers more abandoned checkouts?
- Neither publishes a head-to-head test. Outcraft reports results from named brands, and Loop Voice publishes four customer stories and a monthly benchmark with sample sizes. The fair test is to split your own abandoned checkouts between them for two weeks.
- Which one texts when nobody picks up?
- Both. Outcraft follows up by text, iMessage, WhatsApp or email. Loop Voice texts the checkout link and discount code during or after calls; it doesn't send email or WhatsApp.
- Is Outcraft on the Shopify App Store?
- We couldn't find a listing on Oct 28, 2026. Outcraft connects to Shopify directly. Loop Voice installs from the Shopify App Store.
- Which costs less?
- Up to a few hundred answered calls a month, usually Loop Voice, because it charges per answered conversation and starts at $119. Outcraft's per-shopper price includes texts, WhatsApp and email to everyone it reaches, which matters if you'd otherwise pay for those channels separately.
