Will it actually sound human or is it just robotic?

It's the first thing everyone asks, so don't take our word for it: hear real calls happen here (/calls). Loop uses natural, warm voices that pause, handle objections, and adapt mid-sentence to what the shopper says. Most people never realize it's AI, and you control the voice, tone, and script, so every call sounds like your brand.

My customers don't love AI. Won't this annoy them?

Shoppers don't dislike a helpful call; they dislike spam and clunky bots. Loop only calls people who just showed intent (like leaving a full cart), at a respectful hour, gets to the point in seconds, and makes opting out effortless. The result is the opposite of annoying — merchants regularly tell us customers call back to say thanks. It's your brand following up personally, at a scale no human team could. They actually love it; believe me, we have heard people flirting with AI Agents on the phone.

Is this compliant? I don't want legal trouble for calling people.

Built for it: consent capture, quiet-hours and time-zone awareness, one-word instant opt-out, do-not-call suppression, and a full log of every call. SOC 2, GDPR, and TCPA-conscious by default.

What if the AI can't answer something or gets an upset customer?

Loop is trained on your store, products, and policies, so it handles the common questions confidently. When something's out of scope or a shopper sounds frustrated, it smoothly schedules a callback or warm-transfers to a human. You see every transcript and recording.

How fast can I go live? Do I need developers?

One-click install from the Shopify App Store, no code, live in under 10 minutes. No engineers required.

Installing is free. Plans start at $119 a month and include credits. Credits are only used when a shopper picks up, and an answered conversation uses about 1.5 credits.

Is my customer data safe?

Yes: encryption in transit and at rest, strict access controls, and enterprise-grade handling. SOC 2, GDPR, and HIPAA-aligned.
