Loop Voice for Checkout Champ: funnel carts and orders, sent by postback

Checkout Champ sends its order and cart events to Loop Voice through a postback export, so a flow can call a shopper who left your funnel's checkout and stop when the sale goes through. It works with Checkout Champ as the checkout on your storefront or as the store itself, and you can limit it to the campaigns you choose.

    What it does

    Receives
Order and cart events from a postback export profile you create in Checkout Champ under Admin, Exports.
    Starts
Flows from those events, such as the abandoned checkout flow when a shopper leaves a funnel checkout without paying.
    Stops
A flow when the order comes through, as well as on a stop request or a negative call.
    Filters
To the Checkout Champ campaigns you list by ID, when only some of them should trigger Loop Voice.

    How to connect

    1. 1

In Loop Voice, open Settings, Integrations, Checkout Champ. Loop Voice creates a postback URL and a token; copy the token straight away, because it's shown once.

    2. 2

In Checkout Champ, go to Admin, Exports, click the green + button, name the profile and pick Postback as the export type (Checkout Champ's postback guide). Paste in the postback URL and token from Loop Voice.

    3. 3

Add a profile route that picks the customer types carrying your carts and orders, such as Partial (an incomplete order) and New Sale, and the campaigns to send. Without a route, Checkout Champ doesn't know what to export.

    4. 4

If only some Checkout Champ campaigns should trigger Loop Voice, add their campaign IDs.

    5. 5

Test with a real partial: open your own funnel, enter your own phone number and leave before paying. Checkout Champ doesn't export test card orders through its webhook system, so a test card purchase never reaches Loop Voice.

Lives in Settings, Integrations, Checkout Champ, with the export profile under Admin, Exports in Checkout Champ. A workspace has one store: Checkout Champ connects as the checkout on your storefront, or as the store when you have no storefront.

What you can do with it

Checkout on your storefront, or the whole store

Each Loop Voice workspace holds a single storefront, and Checkout Champ fits in one of two ways. If shoppers browse your Shopify store and pay on a Checkout Champ checkout, connect Shopify as the store and Checkout Champ as the checkout on it. If you sell only through Checkout Champ funnels, connect Checkout Champ as the store. In both cases the shopper checks out on Checkout Champ, so that's where Loop Voice hears about the abandoned cart.

Health and device funnels are a good fit. Three of the four stores with published Loop Voice results sell health-related products, and Modern Hearing's story names the one question that stalls its hearing aid shoppers at checkout: "will this actually work for me?" All four stores run on Shopify, so there are no Checkout Champ results to quote yet. The hearing aids and pain relief devices pages show what those shoppers ask.

Routes, campaigns and the events that matter

Checkout Champ's export list is long: partials (incomplete orders), new sales, upsells, declines, cancels, refunds, chargebacks and fulfillment updates, each picked per route. Loop Voice's connection is for order and cart events. Declined rebills look like an obvious call list, but Loop Voice doesn't receive failed-payment events from store platforms yet; the failed payments page covers the CSV upload and Zapier routes instead.

Campaign IDs decide which funnels can trigger a call. Checkout Champ describes a campaign as a collection of products being sold, and campaigns and funnels are normally one to one, so one ID usually means one funnel (Checkout Champ on campaigns).

Example: you sell the same device through a US campaign and a UK campaign, the campaign-per-country setup Checkout Champ calls a common practice. If you've only set up calling for US shoppers, from consent wording to phone numbers, list only the US campaign's ID.

Timing: Checkout Champ exports every 15 minutes by default

Checkout Champ's webhook service runs every 15 minutes by default and fires everything triggered since the last run, and an Export Delay adds minutes to that interval (Checkout Champ on export profiles). So a cart event can take up to 15 minutes to reach Loop Voice, and the flow can't call before it arrives.

In Loop Voice's September 2026 benchmark, when the first call landed 5 to 15 minutes after a shopper left checkout, 20.5% picked up; at 15 to 60 minutes, 9.3% did. Like the report's other timing figures, it compares different shoppers and stores and is not a controlled test. Don't add an Export Delay, keep the flow's own wait short, and check the time from abandon to first dial in Insights after the first week.

Two more export behaviors to plan for. Checkout Champ says newly created webhooks grab data from one day before, so the first run can include yesterday's partials; if you don't want those shoppers called, activate the flow after that run. And when a post fails, Checkout Champ keeps retrying until it succeeds, so a short outage delays events instead of losing them.

    FAQ

    Common questions

Where do I get the postback URL and token?

In Loop Voice, under Settings, Integrations, Checkout Champ. The token is shown once, so paste it into the Checkout Champ export profile before you close the page.

Why didn't my test order reach Loop Voice?

Checkout Champ doesn't export test card orders through its webhook system. Test with a real partial instead, wait for the next 15-minute export run, and check that the profile has a route for that campaign.

Can a declined rebill in Checkout Champ start a call?

Not through this connection. Loop Voice doesn't receive failed-payment events from store platforms yet, so send those subscribers in with a CSV upload or a Zapier trigger instead.

Can Shopify and Checkout Champ share one workspace?

Yes, when Checkout Champ is the checkout on your Shopify storefront. A workspace holds one storefront, so two separate stores need two workspaces.
